Female Siberian Husky pups, like most breeds (some might say humans as well!) tend to learn quicker and focus better during training sessions. A female Husky is also more likely to be fickle with her affections and emotions, preferring to come to you for attention on her own terms instead of yours. While female Siberian and Alaskan Huskies disdain direct power struggles, unlike her male counterparts, she may resist your rules and boundaries in more passive ways. This can present a challenge for training your female Siberian Husky pup.

Another consideration when choosing the gender of your Husky pup is whether there are other dogs in the house. Often having a male dog with a female is more compatible than trying to encourage two or more territorial males to live together harmoniously.
